I sent a letter Certiefied, Return Receipt requested to a specific person at their Post office Box, Their boyfriend signed for and picked up the letter? How do I know if the person got the letter?
Is that legal? If it is would the post office need to keep a letter on file giving authorization for him to pick up her mail and/or sign for it?
Thank you
Diane

You will not know if the person got the letter unless the person or the bf tells you.
It is not the responsibility of the post office to monitor who has keys to the boxes.
