CFI- Will the judge listen?

A child family investigator was appointed in my custody case...will a judge generally go with the recommendation made by the CFI?

if the judge appointed an investigator it's a good bet that the judge will go with his/her recommendation- these and other officers of the court such as GAL's are the judge's eyes and ears....their recommendations are rarely ruled against
