What is the name of your state? Indiana

I am currently in a Chapter 13, which was filed in August. My first post-petition mortgage payment was due in September. I paid, and have proof of mailing from the Post Office on the advise of my attorney. I also sent my October payment the same way.

I wasn't able to make my November payment because I had to pay to repair my furnace. My attorney was made aware of this, and he told me not to worry about it. I wasn't able to make my December payment because my car broke down, and I had to fix it because public transportation doesn't come near my home, and I had to get to work. In other words, I am 2 months behind.

I received the paperwork regarding the Relief from Automatic Stay in the mail yesterday, and the mortgage company is claiming that I am 3 months behind. Aside from the wrong information, I will be able to get caught up within the next 30 days. I haven't been successful in contacting my attorney so far this morning, and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?
