im currently working for a sheriffs dept in southern ohio.
i just recently got picked up in a different department in central ohio that pays more. the problem is my lease doesnt run out until august and i need to move now. is there any loophole to help me brake my current lease?

NO you are responsible for the rent until they re rent the place..but you can help them out by adverising and showing the apartment and getting somone to sign a lease by May 1st, and then you are no longer liable for the lease.

The rule is: the landlord is entitled BY LAW not to lose even ONE DAYS rent on you!
