What is the name of your state? FL
My husband was just served with papers to increase his CS payments. In the state of FL, does the spouse's income (mine) count along with his own income when it comes to the CS payment? His son's mother is not asking for more due to the marriage, but due to dental expenses (which we actually had to fight her to allow us to put him on our Medical, Dental & Vision insurance). And if the case is that my income does matter when it comes to predicting the increase in CS, when she gets married later next year, do we need to file for a change in circumstances to have the CS lowered? Thank-you.
