I was on month-to month lease agreemnet which included a clause in writing that if I enter into a 6 month lease I shall be given 1/2 months rent. After 5 months I entered into a lease agreement. The management changed before I entered into lease agreement. The new management is not answering me when I ask about the 1/2 month rent. what should I do ?

Put your request in writing to the new "kids on the blockhead" and reference your written agreement.

Sorry. The management company is new so I used a metaphor phrase for them by calling them new kids on the block. I think there is a singing group by this name. Since the management company would not honor your written agreement, I called them blockhead, the name Lucy calls Charlie Brown. Hardhead, blockhead may mean the same thing in this case but not Deadhead.
It takes years of law school and many years of practicing law to understand this.
