What is the name of your state? Mississippi

I guess what I really want to know if you read my original post "need evidence" is....what can we do to increase his chance of winning custody. Is it possible for my husband to submit a letter to the court stating how badly he wants and needs his children....our children?

One would think that a letter would help; however, the court does not look fondly on letters. Yes, they do add it to the court file, but they totally disregard the contents of the letter. Believe me, I have tried it, and it got me nowhere fast. Actually, I was in between attorneys at the time, and when I retained a new attorney, he said that it was a bad move. If you think it will help, by all means, go ahead. With my experience with the situation, in the long run, it is a waste of time.
