What is the name of your state?Georgia
I have the paperwork filled out for an uncontested divorce signed by the both of us. I now find out he has been in an adulterous relationship for years and has a child by the woman. Can the papers be amended to adultery as the reason for the divorce? I cannot afford an attorney to file a contested divorce that is why I was filing myself. How might I proceed without a lawyer?

My response:

Why would you want to make an already expensive litigation even more expensive? Just leave it alone, and get your divorce.
