What is the name of your state?Texas

My husband and his first wife bought a house. She died, no will, need to change the names on the deed/title of the house. We have since married and paid the house off in full. How do we do this and avoid costly court fees and attorney fees?

**A: how did he and his first wife hold title? If JT or TC?
