What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

Do I need to wait until the dissolution is final before changing our will ?

Will my ex need to be involved in the process?

If I have a new will created does it just over ride the old one or do I need to contact the original attorney and have him void it?

A: You may change your will at any time; the better time would be after your lawsuit is over.

A: Not unless you want him or her to be.

A: A well-drafted will will revoke any prior will.
