What is the name of your state?Tennessee

I filed chapter 13 in August of 2004. I was recently going over my credit reports and saw that some, but not all had reported that I had filed chap 13.
The ones that did not note the chap 13 on the credit report did respond to the bk, so I know they know about it, however, they are reporting balances past due etc. etc. Do I need to be worried that they did not note on credit report the bk since they did respond to court. I guess I'm asking "what is standard procedure for credit reporting during a bk.

Any debt included in your bankruptcy, should be reported as such, whether its a Ch 13 or a 7. Even while they're being paid thru the plan, it is still in bankruptcy and should be showing that.
