What is the name of your state? Indiana i am due to file my chapter 13 plan today as i am to file it in 15 days of bankruptcy filing. however i was wrongfully discharged from my job for a second time this year , incedently the day after i had filed the bankruptcy was the day i received the letter. is there some kind of extension i can file with the courts to keep this case from being dismissed? thank you so much

How are you going to be able to pay a Ch 13 plan w/o a job ?? Even if you get an extension to file (and I believe you can), your case will be dismissed for non-payment if you're not working.
