I live in Arkansas. I filed a chapter 13 February of 2000. My wages are being garnished and causing a hardship. Instead of paying a 415/mo payment I'm now paying up to 750/mo! My gross wages are 1800/mo. Can I changes this from Ch. 13 to a Ch. 7?
