ny chapter 13, on back mortgage payments in a 13, what is included in the payment to the trustee????
my lawyer is saying something about a t bill interest when I bought my home??
Also I owe 23,000 and he is saying that my payment would be 781.00 a month for five years that is 46860.00, I will be paying 25860.00 in interest????? Something is not right here and I can't get a straight answer and I have all ready paid 600.00 to retain him?????
