YOUR STATE NAME - virginia, chapter 13
I am married, but filed ch. 13 several times by myself, and was guilty of abuse, and am barred from filing, 5-20-02. The house is in both names, but the mortgage is in my name only. Can my wife file ch. 13 to save the house, to cover the mort. arrears? Also, aside from debts with both names on the bill, would she have to include debts with my name only on the bill? thanks
