WE filed chapter 13 in 1998. We have 2 1/2 years left to pay on it. Soon I will be going through a divorce, and need a place to live. My question is can I make a major purchase like a double-wide mobile home? I have someone who is willing to co-sign fot it. Will if effect my Bankruptcy in any way, or can I even do it?
