Chapter 7 Exemptions

In Pennsylvania:

Had 341 Meeting on Friday. Trustee told me I needed to add an income tax refund to my list of exemptions otherwise he was going to take it. My question is:

Under federal BK code, Section 522, which of the subparagraphs would be the one I would use to include the refund as an exemption? I am leaning toward subparagraph 5.

The tax refund is for $1100.00
