I need help to file for chapter 7 from abroad. I have no visa so I cannot return for the meetings and I have a car that I still owe but I cannot give back as I have no means to enter the country. Please advice.

You must have lived in the jurisdiction of the court where you will file for the preceeding 180 days. Therefore, you cannot file. If you are in the US armed forces, there may be an exception. However, since you say you have no visa, this cannot be the case. Get a friend to return the car or forget the car, because they will repossess it if you don't make the payments.
