I recently paid the trustee the required fees to cover the claims and admintistration costs. I recieved a letter stating the funds were received and all assats would be abandoned at the closing of the case. Does anyone know how long it takes for the case to close?What is the name of your state?

It depends on how busy the Trustee is and if there are any remaining issues. Once you get your discharge, it should only take a couple of weeks for the case to be closed, but it could take longer than that.
