What is the name of your state? OHIO
I've filed for Chapter 7 and a creditor already had a case set.They are attempting to lift the automatic stay and proceed with the case.Their motion based that I have not been discharged from the debt.What do I do?

WHEN did you file ?
When did you have your 341 meeting ?
What is this 'case' you're talking about ? Sounds like a secured creditor asking for relief from the Automatic stay to forclose on a house or repo a vehicle.
If that's the case, then you must be behind on payments and they have every right to ask for the stay to be lifted.
