I am in Minnesota
The man my wife had an affair with is now allegedly in a legal suit for sexual desscrimination. I would love to be a character witness that will help the victim(s) against him. Any means of finding information on his case?

Usually character does not arise in a case like that, and in any event it would be VERY doubtful your testimony would be welcomed or allowed.

Thanks

I will not be pursuing any actions, unless called up by his wife. And even then, as you have insinuated, it is likely that a bad character reference would be inadmissable. It was just a thought after receiving an anonomous email about the pending suit from someone who I believe me the person suing him and his personal small business. I did not answer the email and have not yet seeked any legal advice other than my simple queries on this board. I would also not want to further hurt the rest of his family for his actions alone. He has a history of being a womanizer with a big ego. He just overstepped some bounds when he took my wife over. Believe me when I say, no one will ever win any life points in a situation such as the one I (we) are in. Thank you for your response.
