What are the statues of limitations on charging a person with dui? I was origionaly charged with driving on a revoked license and I appealed that charge to the higher court. My appeal came back saying that it was rejected because I did not present my issues right. Now I am being charged again for dui because they found drugs in my system in the blood results on the same day is the first driving on a revoked. What are the stautes of limitations for them to initiate the dui charge? Can a person get a hearing from dmv for a driving under the influence of drugs charge? The hearing would be for a drivers permit application during the suspension.

One year for most DUI's. If it's a felony DUI, it's 7 years.
