What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Wisconsin
My son, who is 20 now, is being charged with sexual assault for an incident that happened 7 years ago. He was 13 years old at the time and some petting went on and she gave him oral sex. Now that he is twenty the courts treat it like it happened yesterday. Do they have a right to charge him in adult court and if so what statue of law states it?

Here is another thread for another of your sons. https://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=175978
It appears the there is more to this story, than you are telling us and why your sons get into trouble, since you are allowing a minor female in your 16 year old's bedroom, you may have some responsibility.

If your 20 year old son has been charged with sex related crimes 7 years later, do you have the numbers for the violations? We can't direct you to anything without that. How old was the girl at that time? What has happened in the mean time? What has your son's criminal defense attorney advised you re this matter, if he doesn't have one, he needs one.

You need to supervise your sons more closley and get some good locks on your doors, also put a BABY alarm on the door/window to your 16 year old's room.
