Absolutely ! Just because it was charged-off by the creditor does NOT mean you don't owe it any more. It DOES mean that collection agencies and junk debt buyers will be after you to pay it !

Scour your credit reports - include EVERYTHING, including ALL collections ! List the original creditor AND the agency on your schedules.
