Hi: My friend's son is on parole for aggravated assault in which he served four months in jail. While he was awaiting his sentencing, he had been involved in some similar behavior and had to go into court again, but he was able to go back home until sentencing. He has been out for four months now, on parole and he got into some more trouble. He struck a tree in his father's pick-up truck. Totalled it. His parole officer is sending this case file so to speak over to another juristiction, Lazerne County, PA, as that was where he did his jail time for the agg. assault. My question is: If he goes back to jail, is that retroactive to the day he got the DUI? Also he has a resisting arrest offense, when the agg. assault happened, that he was found guilty on He is scheduled to get probation for, which is for 12 months. Would that be separate from what he is on probation for now or would they revoke it due to the DUI? Thankyou BVWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
