hey all, i am being charged with drug paraphenelia and posession of 0/40 grams because of ash in a pipe. this was a result of my now x-gf letting the cops in for a domestic dispute. i was taken outside for questioning about the domestic dispute then brought back into the house afterward and interrogated about who the pipes belonged to upon which i confesed. to one of them, they also say i admited to owning a bong which was confiscated, which i did not claim. my court appointed attorney said somthing about the possibility of the pipe/paraphenelia charges being droped because I was not to be interrogated afterward because they asked me to come back inside the house upon which they stuck me with the pipe charges. then they told me to gather my things and leave the premise. do i have a chance of getting the charges droped? i was not read my miranda rights at anytime durring this encounter with the poliece.
