What is the name of your state? New York

My husband and I were recently looking to refinance our home. We were looking into quikenloans.com. My husband spoke to them for a few days and they sent us some paper work (which we never signed). In the mean time I had requested that we get a few different quotes. We decided to go with another company. We did not sign anything with quicken loans in fact on a Wednesday my husband told quickenloans that we were going with another group. On Friday we noticed that quickenloans had withdrawn $500 from our account. They say they are going to reverse the charges but as of today, 5 days after they withdrew the money, it still has been replenished. I am concerned about insufficient fund fees from my bank because of this seeing how I just dished out $550 to the other loan company. I have left several message for quicken loans but haven't heard anything back. I'm not sure what to do next.

Please help!

And you posted this under Libel/Slander/Defamation because...?

Although you may have done so in error, you will probably get more and better responses if you post under a forum that relates to your question.
