What is the name of your state? AZ

My lawyer that I retained to probate and estate has withdrawn as counsel. Can he bill me for preparing the motion and filing of said request?
Also, I requested some original documents that I haven't yet recieved (I only have photo copies). Does he have to provide me with the originals? example: the original court stamped letter of appointment
