I am in acustody battle with m xhuband.
He has hunted me down on an online dating website and started chatting with me via yahoo messanger as another person to set me up as an unfit parent. Chat as normal male female chat and after a month of chatting i invited person to meet. Well question is ca ex husbnd use the yahoo messanger chat archives as evidence in court? He has given them to a childrens lawyer GAL for her to make her judgement to give to the judge So can anyoe tell me if theis is useable in courts or not since i can not afford a lawyer a little advice would be helpful
