I was wondering if there's a way to find a lawyer that doesn't mind not taking the fees up front or if there's a way to find an inexpensive lawyer to file bankruptcy?

You'll find very few lawyers who won't insist on fees in advance.
If they didn't, they would be listed as an unsecured creditor and the debt to them would be discharged along with all of your other debts.

I have seen Legalhelpers.com reccomended here and know they offer a payment plan.
