Cheated out of money

In the eighties I worked for a young lady, doing a little housekeeping. When I got paid the checks had to be signed by the both of us. I haven't worked for her for quite some time. Resently I went to social services to apply for help and was told that I was still getting checks and cashing them.

My question is can I sue her, the man, and the place where they cashed the checks.

Based on your post, you can't sue anybody. You haven't been 'damaged'.

However, you do need to file a notice with the 'social services' folks so that your benefits aren't affected.
