I've owed my bank money before, and I've alway payed it back. This time though, I was only overdrawn $100 and they deleted my checking account without even contacting me. Does this mean I don't have to pay them back now as I had planned to? Will I even have the option to pay them back if there is some unforseen consciquence to this matter? Someone I have the feeling I won't be able to open a new checking account anywhere because of this. I really have no idea what to expect.

As you say, you only owe the bank $100. Pay it.

Yes, you still owe the bank the money AND they'll tack on interest so it's not going to stay $100. They'll send it to collections, and you will be reported to ChexSystems and/or TeleCheck and no, you won't be able to get another checking account anywhere for the next 5 years once they report you.
