i deposited money into my checking account, then i asked for bal. next day leaving town, withdrew money, thought there was still enough in to cover the possibility that some other checks come through, well as murphy's law would have it, i made a mistake, not enough to cover four small checks that came trough,a total of $119.36, came back to town 27 days later, bank is charging me $447.49, and sent the checks back, did not cover them , this is the charge they say for the bad checks, question is there some sort of regulation for the amt. they can charge when they did not even cover the checks??my e-mail is....
