Can a cheerleader sponsor change try-out procedures on the day of try-outs after she has gone over the procedures with the parents and candiates? This makes two years in a row she has tried this. We were able to stop the use of an unauthorized score sheet last year. But we were not informed about the changes in try-out procedures in time to stop try-outs.

This is not a legal issue. At best, you have an issue between the parents, the sponsor and the school authorities.
