My chevy qualifies for the texas lemon law, but was disqualified because I bought it in oklahoma. I want to take them to court. The better business bureau says that is chevy settles with me that the amount I recieve is a fixed rate that is already set. I do not feel it is a fair amount.

Is it federal of state court suit and can I include my costs in the suit?
