What is the name of your state?California. In 2002 my ex and I went to divorce court where a temproary order was made for me to pay 400.00 a month in child care costs. In 2004, we went to child support hearing and I was ordered to pay child support and half of medical expenses. Nothing was ordered at that time for child care, the judge did verbally order for each parent to pay half of the child care expenses. In which I would only pay half instead of 400.00 a month. Does the new order supersed the previous order even though nothing is stated in the oreder about child care costs. is child care the same as day care.
