Also how do establish custody or sever perental rights of one parent. The father as not support his child and as to be push in to talking with his child. He also has another lady after child support. You retain a Family Law Attorney in SD and file a petition for Custody and Child Support. Make sure you do it before the other lady otherwise you will end up with less money.
