My wife and I divorced in Washington state where she claimed I sexually abused my child. I wa never charged. she is now in michigan, i am in florida.
I don;t know that she informed the courts of her move. she now wont work with me to see me kids.
I am now allowed 3 weeks a year visitation. i need the best attorney that can alter the parenting plan so i can see my kids and ultimately share custody - whatever it takes. i don't know if i need to go through washington or michigan though. i also don;t know how to find the best attorney.
thank you for your help.

You should petition the MI courts for a change in jurisdiction. As to the attorney, that depends on which county you are in.
