my boyfriend and I have a set of twins, I have been with him for over 5 yrs. can I get alimony from him? I want custody of one of our children, if he makes more than me can I receive child support?

No on the alimony. So, you only want 1 of your children, who happens to be a twin so that you can make money off of that child???

I too have twins, and I am so sad that you would want to split them apart just so YOU can get money!!!!!

I agree with both of your replys. Most of us are looking for help in getting our kids back, or in keeping them. You are looking for money?? How sad. And, by the way, women pay support also.
