She has legal counsel in Holland, but would like to know if he has any way of taking her child. Their are no other legal actions in this delema that i'm aware of.She is a hard working mother just trying to make a living in the place that he took her and left her,

She needs to ensure that she has legal custody of the child. If she intends to stay in Holland then file the papers there. That way, if he does turn up and snatch the child, she can pursue action via the Hague Convention on Child Abduction.
