Child Custody from a guardianship

i signed over guardianship to my parents so that i could move to another state and get my life together so that i could provide a better home life for my two kids. i am now at the point that i want custody of my kids back. what papers do i need to file and how can i file them by mail from another state? and if i can't file by mail is there free legal services that can help me over the phone being that i am a low income parent?

i still do want answers

sorry my internet was acting up and i got disconnected before i could figure out how to reply. but now that i got it figured out i can answer. one was done in probate court but i don't think it was court ordered i signed the papers willingly that gave them the guardianship. and the other guardianship was done in family court. so please can you still help me
