child custody in Pennsylvania

i currently have a 50/50 joint custody agreement but i actually have my daughter 60-70% of every month. if i were to attempt to get full custody would that be influential in a court? i live in Pennsylvania(allegheny county). this situation has been going on for approx 7 mths. thanks
