can it be done even if she shares joint legal custody with primary physical custody being placed with her through the court system with out representation. the custody alone took seven months and he will not agree without it going to court. we do have the means to provide a better life for the children and all information to be brought to court. we are sure that the father will fight her for custody. what are the chances this will work for her and what additional steps should she take to secure the future for her children in this matter?
