i am from california. my fiance recently discovered that he is still legally married to someone in arkansas, even though he signed the papers and retruned them to her in 1998. his children were taken to arkansas by their mother without his consent and she has not allowed visitation or communication. he recently heard from them after 5 years of looking. the children say she is married to someone else. can he be awarded sole custody because of this (bigamy? and kidnapping) and who can i contact for further assistance?
