what are my chances of leaving state the traveling expenses arent an issue and i have every intent on working with my ex on visitation.But my ex is a real jerk and even though he really isnt in my sons life that often except for his schedualed weekeneds and even then he dosn't always make it. what do i need to take to court to prove its in our best intrest to make the move.Our son is six years old and i
