my son and his finance (and HER baby) want to move from NY to PA.
Can she move as long as she gives the natural father where, when they are moving,contact numbers where they are moving. She agrees to set up visitation schedules with the natural father?

And you are thrice removed from this situation. It's not even your son's business, let alone yours.

Both of you need to let mommy and daddy handle their affairs pertaining to THEIR child.
