i signed over temp costudoy to my childs grandparents on her dads side. two days later there was a summonds issued to me and the father. the father was the only one who seen them and all thruogh the papers they use the words him or he or defendent every thing is singlur even though the papers were made out to more than one person. he was the only one to answer this summons becouse i knew nothing about it they know have my child and i cant even bring her to my home for a weekend is there anything i can do

you need to get the information from the hearing that they had without you. you should be able to get that at the court house. it is public record. there may be a fee for copying, etc.

if i followed this right...

you signed over temporary custody
they filed for full custody, including both parents on the summons
served the father, not you
father went to the hearing and didn't fight the custody?
