i am in the state of washington and considering divorce. my question is whether documented drug use on the part of the father would be adequate evidence to deny unsupervised visits and any form of custody. I have stayed with the man solely to avoid the neccessity of allowing him visitation. do the drug store variety tests stand up in court?
