custody and child abuse?
my boyfriend is divorced and has joint custody of his one year old and a 2 yearl old. the kids live in texas with their mother who has primary custody and he lives in florida. his ex-wife is getting child abuse charges pressed against her by the state and we have found out that she will be arrested. what are his rights as far as picking up the kids in texas when she is arrested and filing for custody once he has them in florida.
