my fiance's ex girlfriend lost custody of their daughter to the state she is with her grandparents temp. custody. mom wont get her back due to non compliance we want custody what do we do?

Was paternity established and does your fiance pay child support and have regular visitation with the child?

If he is legally considered to be the father, he should be given priority for custody.
